Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WestieApp mobile application ("the App"), provided by Miroslav Paulík ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the service

WestieApp lets you look up a dancer's West Coast Swing competition record by their WSDC ID, by querying the World Swing Dance Council's ("WSDC") public points registry. We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WSDC. All competition data displayed originates from WSDC and is subject to WSDC's own accuracy and availability.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to send an excessive volume of automated requests or otherwise attempt to disrupt or overload the service;
• Attempt to circumvent, probe, or reverse engineer the service in a way intended to harm it or its upstream providers; or
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it returns (which is sourced from WSDC) is accurate, complete, or current.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

5. WestieApp Pro subscriptions

WestieApp Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold monthly or annually through Google Play, at the price shown in the App before you buy.

It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payment, receipts, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's terms.

If your subscription ends, you keep everything you added while you had Pro. You can still see and remove it, but you can't add more beyond the free limits.

We may change the price for new subscribers. Existing subscribers are told in advance by Google Play, as Google's rules require.

6. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
